Environmental Actions

The team of Sea Teach is commited with the protection of the marine environment. It’s commitment is part of the day to day work, but also out of office hours. The team started the NGO “Clean Boating” which aims at reducing the plastic litter from the sea by involving the nautical sector. The team does also voluntary work and is part of relevant EU-networks in the topic of marine education and ocean conservation. Want to know more? please keep reading.

Winner of EU4Ocean Award 2022

The BlueGeneration Project was in the spotlight during the European Maritime Day (EMD) conference that took place in Ravenna, Italy on the 19th and 20th of May 2022. Silja Teege – Manager Director of Sea Teach – on behalf of BlueGeneration signed a declaration that engages the project in the development of a Charter for Blue Education in Europe.
